PureSkin Dallas is a one-practitioner skin studio in Highland Park, set inside Salon Boutique at Preston Pavilion near the corner of Preston Road and NW Highway. The practice is built on the idea that good skin comes from close attention rather than from a large number of products or steps.

Visits are one-on-one with the same practitioner. Skin is assessed in person, and treatment is chosen for that skin rather than from a fixed package. The studio does not offer packages and does not upsell; treatments are explained during the first conversation. Clients come from Highland Park, Preston Hollow, University Park and across Dallas.

Booking is by appointment Tuesday through Saturday, by call or text. Every booking is personally reviewed before it is confirmed, and clients speak with the practitioner. Free surface parking is available at the center. Prices are not posted online and are shared when a client makes contact.

The menu covers custom facials, microneedling offered as a series, microcurrent LED using a Zemits device, dermaplaning, and red light therapy with Celluma PRO for the face. Whole-body red light can be added to a facial or booked as a finish to a visit. Brow threading, waxing and lash lifts are also offered. The studio sells GlyMed Plus skincare through an online store with shipping and recommends it for at-home care.

Each visit is one-on-one and tailored to the skin assessed in person, with timing for microneedling, dermaplaning, facials and red light set around each client's skin.
