New patients complete a registration form before their first visit. Injectable visits begin with a review of facial anatomy and goals, and a customized plan and detailed quote are provided before any treatment. Facials start with a skin consultation, and a customized plan is built from it; facial pricing is reviewed in advance, and packages, loyalty rewards and periodic promotions are offered. Payment plans are available.

The menu covers laser and radiofrequency skin rejuvenation, injectables, laser hair removal, body contouring, facials, microneedling, and newer devices such as Sofwave, WiQo and AQUAGOLD.
