The clinic is nurse-practitioner led and physician supervised. Dr. Alan Whitfield, MD, board-certified in internal medicine, serves as medical director, supervising prescribing and signing off on weight-management and hormone plans. The clinic states that its injectors are Allergan and Galderma certified. Clinicians are salaried and earn no commission on treatments.

A visit starts with a free 30-minute consultation, after which the client leaves with a written plan. No deposit or card details are needed, and treatments are not performed on consultation day unless the client asks for one. Before any injection, a treatment map is drawn up showing the zones, units per zone and a total, and the client sees it before giving consent. Most injectable appointments take ten to twenty minutes, and topical numbing is available on request. A two-week review is included in the price, when the clinician re-photographs the client and adjusts anything that has settled unevenly. Clients can ask for their photographs and treatment maps at any time.

Safety steps include patch testing every new laser and light client and patch testing every laser and peel before treatment. A hyaluronidase reversal agent is kept on site whenever hyaluronic acid filler is used. The clinic says it uses only FDA-approved products bought directly from the manufacturer. Wrinkle relaxers are priced at $12 per unit, fillers per syringe, and skin treatments and programs at a flat rate per session. Memberships are billed monthly, need 30 days' notice to cancel and carry no exit fee. Unused membership unit credit rolls forward for three months.
