Visits are by appointment only. A first visit starts with a conversation about goals and pricing packages, after which the esthetician explains the steps of the waxing or skin treatment. The salon notes that most treatments take 20 to 30 minutes and that first appointments run longer than monthly upkeep. Before a wax, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, stay hydrated, gently exfoliate several days ahead, and avoid coffee and caffeine; the salon also suggests ibuprofen about 45 minutes beforehand.

The menu covers Brazilian and bikini waxing for women, a Manzilian and a full body special for men, full body packages for both, and face waxing from upper lip to full face. Brow services include waxing, tinting with a semi-permanent vegetable dye, tint and wax combinations, tweezing, and lamination, with lamination and tinting stated to last up to 6 weeks and 4 weeks respectively. Facials range from a 30-minute express facial to 50-minute signature, skin-type, and men's facials, plus seasonal options. The Pretty Kitty Vajacial comes in a soothing version done the same day as a Brazilian and an intensive ingrown version for the pubic mound and bikini line.

Cancellations and reschedules need 12 hours' notice for waxing and 24 hours for facials, and a card is kept on file to book. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. The salon also offers studio suites, with inquiries going to its email address.
