Treatments are built on corneotherapy principles. Acne work starts with a consultation that looks at current skincare, pore-clogging ingredients in cosmetic and hair products, lifestyle, stress, diet and skin sensitivity. The consultation can be done virtually or in person and requires an intake form beforehand. The studio also offers a free virtual consultation to talk through treatment options before booking.

The acne program is organized around packages. The Acne Bootcamp Consultation and Treatment is a 90-minute visit at $350 that includes a first deep cleaning facial and six products, about a three-month supply. The Acne Starter Package is $375 and includes a consultation, one acne facial and six professional products for home use. The Acne Boot Camp Package is $1,000 and covers six acne facials, a home-care regimen and a consultation. In the first phase, clients are required and strongly recommended to visit their esthetician every two weeks; once skin settles, visits may drop to about once a month. Acne Boot Camp follows the Face Reality method, and for very sensitive or compromised skin the program may include customized product changes and products from Dermaviduals.

Beyond acne care, the studio offers corrective facials priced between $125 and $200. The options are a 60-minute deep cleansing and detox facial, an infusion facial focused on collagen, a custom facial designed from a skin assessment, and a hydrodermabrasion facial. The Corneotherapy Consultation and Facial costs $200 and combines an in-depth look at skin condition and health history, a facial, and a written treatment plan. Most treatments involve no recovery time. For the 72 hours before a facial, clients are asked to limit extended time in the sun, skip waxing of the face, threading or sugaring, avoid exfoliating products, and avoid retinol. According to the studio, its treatments are effective alone, but clients who also use professional products at home tend to see results sooner and for longer.

Treatments are based on corneotherapy principles and are customized to each client's skin concerns, with home-care products used alongside in-studio facials.
