The HydraFacial comes in three tiers. The Signature version is 30 minutes at $199. The Deluxe version is 60 minutes at $249 and adds customized booster serums and LED light therapy. The Platinum version is 75 minutes at $299 and adds facial lymphatic drainage, customized boosters and LED light therapy. NanoFusion is included at no extra charge with the Deluxe and Platinum versions, and the spa states that it increases product absorption by 500%. The treatment uses medical-grade serums and patented vortex-fusion technology. Other facial options include a 60-minute microdermabrasion facial at $129, which uses either a diamond-tip device or fine crystals with suction, dermaplaning at $40 and red light therapy at $35.

The Skincare Membership is $90 per month and requires a six-month commitment. Its core is a 60-minute Revive Signature Facial each month, plus one 40-minute infrared sauna session. If a monthly facial is missed, the credit can roll over for up to 30 days. Members receive a 10% discount on retail skincare and pay only the difference when upgrading a facial, for example to add dermaplaning. The spa says the membership carries more than $435 in guaranteed monthly value. Sign-up is handled at the Saint Helens front desk.

Waxing covers the face, arms, body, bikini and Brazilian areas, and leg and body combinations, with a full-body option priced at $296. Hair should be about a quarter inch long for waxing, and shorter hair may not be waxable. After a wax, the spa advises avoiding saunas, hot tubs and intense workouts for 24 to 48 hours. Waxing add-ons include a Micro Dot Patch for ingrown hair after waxing and a Fur Formula Boost Mask.

Massage sessions run 60 minutes with a licensed massage therapist and range from $110 for pregnancy massage to $130 for raindrop therapy, which uses nine essential oils along the spine and feet before a full massage. CBD massage uses CBD-infused oil. Sessions can be extended to 90 or 120 minutes, with pricing set by consultation. Enhancements for CBD, hot stone, cupping and infrared sauna are $25 each. Sauna rooms are private and include a shower, towels, shampoo, body wash, plush robes and slippers. Single infrared sauna sessions are $35 for 40 minutes, and monthly memberships are offered at one or four sessions. The medically managed weight loss program is $450 for three months at one all-inclusive rate. It includes a three-month medication supply, guidance on using the medications, clinical supplies and ongoing professional health monitoring, with all medications and clinical histories reviewed by a licensed medical provider.

The spa presents its skincare as premium and pairs its memberships with monthly facials, including as support for skin during the medically managed weight loss program.

Each sauna room is private and includes its own shower, towels, plush robes and slippers.
