Visits begin with listening. Clinicians talk through what the client hopes to achieve, and on the wellness side they review symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals and appropriate lab results before recommending anything. Clients who are not yet sure which treatment suits them can book an aesthetic consultation first.
The Lemondrop Membership costs $179 per month and is applied toward eligible services. Joining requires a one-time $100 setup fee, and each new membership includes a one-time $100 wellness credit that does not expire. Unused credits can roll over from month to month. Members save 20% on eligible laser treatments, HydraFacial, Triple MCH facials, skin peels and microneedling, $2 per unit on eligible wrinkle relaxers, $100 on the second syringe of filler or second vial of Sculptra, and 10% on brow and lash services. Membership also brings first access to specials, events and priority booking, and provider-recommended medical-grade skincare. Before enrolling, the team reviews the commitment, cancellation policy, credit use, rollover, transferability and service exclusions. Benefits and pricing follow current program terms.
Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments incur a $50 fee. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be altered or moved to another time, and services that are cut short are billed at the full price. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be required to pay in advance for their next visit. New clients might be asked to keep a card on file when they book. Clients who qualify can spread payments over monthly installments through Cherry, which depends on Cherry's approval and terms.
Private aesthetic events can be booked for groups. Professional shadowing with Mandy Turner is offered to people considering a career as an aesthetic injector and to those already practicing.
Care begins with listening and moves on to education, so recommendations are meant to leave clients feeling confident and supported. The practice describes its approach as bringing aesthetics and wellness together around personalized care and natural confidence.
