Pure Rose Esthetics works in Hawthorne, California, and offers lash services, facials, waxing and brow appointments. Lash work is the core of the menu, with full sets, lash lifts, lash removal and fills scheduled at one, two or three week intervals. Facials are offered as signature facials, and waxing is offered as wax services.

Appointments are booked Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM. Sunday openings are limited to one or two Sundays a month and are by appointment only. A valid debit or credit card is needed to secure every booking, and a $25 non-refundable deposit plus a $1.75 processing fee applies to select services. Deposits count toward the service total.

Before coming in, clients should look over the booking rules. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. A change made inside that window forfeits the deposit, and rebooking then requires a new deposit. Arrivals have 15 minutes of leeway. After that, a $15 late fee applies, and the booking may be cancelled if too little time remains for the service. Clients running behind are asked to tell the business. A no-call/no-show is billed 50% of the outstanding service balance to the card on file. Service payments cannot be returned. Guests and children may attend only with advance approval.

Same-day and squeeze-in appointments carry no additional fee, though availability is not guaranteed. Requests are sent by direct message or text to the business with a name, the desired service and a preferred time. Appointments that are not confirmed may be canceled. Basic Package Deals, Lash Bundle Deals and Luxe Package Deals are offered, and the balance can be paid by Zelle, cash or Apple Pay, which carries a $2 service fee.
