The lash menu covers Classic, Natural, Volume, MEGA Volume and Princess full sets, along with 1 hour and 1.5 hour refills for returning clients. Princess sets use a special design with spikes and wispy layers. Full sets run about 1.5 hours for the classic styles and about 2 hours for MEGA Volume and Princess. Clients who had a full set done elsewhere can book a foreign fill, which is priced slightly higher than a standard refill. Lash removal is also offered and may take longer when the extensions were applied somewhere else.
Brow and lash lift services sit alongside the lash work. Brow shaping with tint, brow lamination with tint, a lash lift, and a lash lift with tint are all available. Nail services include BIAB, builder gel, hard gel, Gel-X and dip powder, and they are offered inside TQ Travel at the same Crenshaw Blvd address. Facials use Dermalogica products.
Booking is online, with a non-refundable $25 deposit taken at booking that goes toward the service. Clients who are 15 minutes late may not be served, and the deposit is lost along with 50% of the reserved amount. Changes made more than 48 hours ahead keep the deposit, while later changes and no-shows are treated as cancellations. Payment is by cash, e-transfer or credit card in the client's own name, due at the end of the service. Work is guaranteed for 48 hours. Guests and pets are not permitted during appointments, and phones should be switched to flight mode during lash visits. Belongings go on a chair beside the service table.
Hygiene is part of the routine: tools are sanitized for each client, metal instruments are sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave, and 10 minutes are set aside between appointments for cleaning. A patch test can be requested before a first lash or tint service, taking about 10 to 15 minutes.
The approach centers on lashes that look good and keep natural lashes healthy, with styles chosen around each client's eye shape, natural lashes, lifestyle and any allergies or sensitivities. Thickness and length that would strain natural lashes are discouraged.
The salon describes its setting as relaxing and private, with fresh airflow in the studio.
