The Classic Facial, at $85, is built on an enzyme treatment with two rounds of exfoliation, and you pick either microdermabrasion or dermaplaning as the add-on step. The Specialty Facial begins at $105 and can draw on a mix of options: chemical peels, Korean skin care products, Celluma light therapy, nano-needling, Leaf Plasma Fusion and microcurrent, with microcurrent included at no added cost. The Deluxe Facial, at $140, runs roughly 70 to 80 minutes and layers in massage across the face, scalp, arms, hands, legs and feet, along with an eye treatment and Celluma light therapy. The Express Facial, at $60, relies on a single exfoliation method and is completed in half the time of a standard facial. Signature DUO, at $75, lets clients select one of four exfoliation methods and adds two masks plus a massage covering the shoulders, neck and scalp. Face Contouring Massage, at $50, is a brief session intended to lift and sculpt the face. Most facials take about 50 minutes. The Featured Facial rotates with the seasons and holidays, so its current price appears in online booking. The Green Sea Peel, at $100, uses marine-derived bioactives and naturally sourced spicules to create micro-channels in the skin.

Massage is priced at $50 for 30 minutes, $85 for 60 minutes and $115 for 90 minutes; these times count hands-on time only. Hot stone and hot bamboo massages start at $110, and couples massage is $200 for 60 minutes or $300 for 90. Body treatments include the Foot Facial ($40, a deep cleanse, exfoliation, nourishing mask and foot massage, without nail service), the Back Facial ($65, a full facial on the back with a back massage and hot towels, with light therapy for pain relief available as an add-on), Dry Brushing ($80, a full-body treatment with a natural bristle brush that excludes the glutes) and the Vajacial ($45, with steam cleansing, light enzyme exfoliation, a hydrojelly mask and a serum to help reduce ingrown hairs).

Waxing uses hard or soft wax, with prices from $8 for lip and $10 for chin to $45 for bikini and $60 for Brazilian. Brow is $12, full face $25, arm from $35 and leg from $40. Ear piercing starts at $40 and includes one lobe or cartilage piercing and an earring; nostril piercing is $45 with an earring. Spray tans include Spray Day at $20, a student rate of $20 that requires a valid student ID, and a Signature Airbrush Spray Tan at $35. Spa packages include the Luxe Face & Foot Retreat ($185, about 1.5 hours, with a customized facial and foot therapy), Face It ($200, about 1.5 hours, with an infrared sauna, a brightening LED facial and face, neck, hand and foot massage) and the Ultimate Spa Day ($235, about 2.5 hours, with an infrared sauna, a facial and a 60-minute full-body massage using hot stones or cupping).

Appointments are required, and walk-ins are not accepted. A credit card is needed to book and is charged only for a late cancellation or a no-show. Changes need 24 hours notice. Later cancellations carry a non-refundable $25 fee, no-shows a non-refundable $40 fee, and any fee must be paid before a new booking can be made. Business hours vary by provider. Prices exclude tax and may change. Gift certificates can be bought through the online gift card tab or by emailing contact@puremomentsspa.com, and they expire two years after purchase. The building is not wheelchair or handicap accessible; entry involves about 16 steps.
