Pure Indulgence

Pure Indulgence operates as a single-chair studio, so each client has the space to themselves for the whole appointment. The work centers on color and cutting for women, with gray coverage, dimensional color and traditional blonde among the main offerings. Renee owns the studio and does the color work herself.

New clients begin with an online digital consultation form. Submitting it is an appointment inquiry and does not guarantee a booking. Requests are answered within 24 to 48 hours, and requests sent from Saturday through Monday are answered on Tuesday. New guests are generally seen within a week of the request, and those with limited availability may wait up to two weeks.

Every first visit starts with a consultation to confirm the planned services before any work begins. Each New Client Session package includes a haircut, shampoo and blow dry. After the visit, each client receives a maintenance plan and a home care routine.

Complimentary drinks, snacks and seasonal amenities are offered during appointments. Appointments and reminders are booked through the Vagaro online platform, which also has an app. Phone calls to (410) 642-2224 go to voicemail for messages only, so email at pureindulgencesalon@gmail.com is the preferred way to get in touch. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a missed appointment charge. Cancelling with less notice carries a fee of 50% of the booked services, and a no-show carries a fee of 100%. Cash, Visa, Mastercard and checks with ID are accepted.

Each visit is built around the client, with the planned services confirmed before work starts and a maintenance plan and home care routine provided afterward.
