New clients are encouraged to book a consultation, as are clients planning a big change, and existing clients can use a shorter express service menu. Appointments can be booked online, or requested by text, voicemail, Instagram message or email. Pricing depends on the work. Color prices vary with hair density, length and technique, and event hair prices can change with the time involved, hair length and density. Haircut prices include a shampoo and blow dry, except fringe trims. Cancellations need 24 hours notice whether given online, by phone or by email. If less notice is given and the time cannot be refilled, the full service is charged, and no-shows are not excused.
The salon carries Kevin Murphy, which it describes as made with high-quality, natural ingredients and suitable for all hair types including color-treated hair.
