Electrolysis is the core service here, a method of permanent hair removal offered on all skin tones and hair types, including curly, wavy and coarse hair. Treatments can cover the face, eyebrows, underarms, bikini area and legs. A fine probe is placed in the hair follicle and a small current is applied to target the cells that produce hair. The business says it uses current technology and that most clients feel a brief, mild sting or warmth, with settings adjusted for comfort. Redness afterward is common but usually fades quickly, and there is generally no significant downtime.

Everything is booked by appointment. New clients who have not visited before are asked to schedule a consultation first, which is priced at $50 along with a 15-minute treatment. Sessions run from 15 minutes to more than an hour, and electrolysis is priced at $50 for 15 minutes, $65 for 20, $75 for 30, $95 for 45, $125 for 60 and $180 for 90 minutes. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday from 12 pm to 7 pm, Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The facial menu is built on products from Hale & Hush Skincare and aims at hydration, calming inflammation, supporting the skin barrier and brightening. The Sensitive Skin Facial uses fragrance-free products for reactive skin. The Deep Hydration Facial uses mandelic and lactic acid for dry, dull skin, and the Clarify & Calm Facial pairs mandelic acid with charcoal for breakout-prone or irritated skin. The Teen Skin Refresh is aimed at teens and includes personalized at-home guidance, and the Glow & Radiance Berry Facial combines gentle exfoliation, vitamin C and a berry antioxidant mask. The Detox Back Treatment addresses congested or breakout-prone skin on the back with professional exfoliants and extractions.

Changes to a booking, whether cancelling or moving it, require 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. If a client arrives late, the service may be cut short, though the full appointment time is still billed. Anyone younger than 16 needs a parent or legal guardian present. Clients settle up when the service is finished, accepting cash, check or credit card, and the salon may adjust its prices at any time without advance notice.
