A visit begins with an in-depth consultation and skin assessment, and the treatment plan is set from there. Product recommendations are based on an overall look at skin health, and staff explain how a product is used and what side effects are possible when it is offered.

The menu covers a range of facials, from a 75-minute pore cleansing session designed for teens to a 90-minute clinical facial with multi-layered exfoliation, a customized mask and sunscreen education. An ultrasonic facial uses an electric current to exfoliate and loosen oil and debris in about 30 to 45 minutes with no downtime, and a dermaplaning facial uses a surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair.

Medical-leaning treatments include microneedling with the Rejuvapen device, which can be used on the face, neck, hands and décolletage, and VI Peel chemical peels. Peel options are matched to skin condition after consultation. LED light therapy is available as a standalone session or as an add-on, and waxing is offered for chin, lip and eyebrows for men and women.

Payment is due at each treatment session. Cash, checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express are accepted. The business is not associated with any insurance provider, so services are paid by the customer, and all prices are subject to change.
