Every facial is tailored to the individual client. Treatments use gentle, barrier-supportive ingredients and techniques suited to sensitive or acne-prone skin, and extractions are included when needed. The Pure Essence Signature Facial follows a cleanse, exfoliation, custom mask and massage sequence with finishing products chosen for the client's skin. The Back Facial is a clarifying option for the back, with deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and a custom mask. The Microdermabrasion Facial uses diamond-tip microdermabrasion followed by a mask, hydrating serums and finishing products. The Soul Glow Facial adds double cleansing, massage and finishing serums, and may include Gua Sha, facial cupping and acupressure massage. The Buccal Sculpt + Glow includes buccal massage performed inside the mouth along with facial massage and sculpting techniques.

A group of ritual-style facials pairs the skin work with breathwork, sound bath, yoga nidra or intuitive touch. The Ground and Glow Ritual opens with breathwork and grounding, then moves into a customized facial with massage and healing botanicals. The Heart Opening Facial Journey begins with a sound bath, breathwork and a heart-centered yoga nidra session before its facial. The Reset Ritual Facial starts with a sound bath, breathwork and a short yoga nidra session, followed by a customized facial with plant-based skincare. The Luxury Somatic Facial is designed to calm the nervous system and release tension through breath, intuitive touch and presence, and may draw on sound bath, yoga nidra or energy clearing work.

Body treatments use body scrubs to remove dead skin cells and hydrate the skin. Waxing and threading are offered for hair removal, with hypoallergenic wax used for facial and Brazilian waxing.

Most clients are advised to book a facial every four to six weeks. Come in with freshly cleansed skin, and stop using retinol or exfoliants at least 24 hours beforehand; makeup should stay off for at least 24 hours after treatment. Anyone who has had Botox should hold off on booking a facial for 7 days, and for dermal fillers the wait is 14 days. Before waxing, retinol, glycolic acid or comparable products should be discontinued 5 to 7 days ahead. Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Tipping is not accepted. In-store Buy Now, Pay Later is offered on bookings between $50 and $4,000, pending approval before the appointment.
