Owner Kaitlin Freeman has led the spa's growth for ten years, adding services, classes and products over that time. The spa was built as a place where guests can relax and rejuvenate using natural and organic methods, and it describes itself as focused on making every visit unique.

Skin care is built around Eminence Organics products, with cleansers, toners and mists, serums and boosters, moisturizers, masks, eye and lip care, exfoliants and treatments, and sun protection. Makeup is from Jane Iredale Cosmetics and hair products are from Loma Hair Products.

The spa operates by appointment only. Massage and facial services are tailored to each guest, and the Focus Session Massage concentrates on one or two areas of pain or stiffness for the whole session. Hair services cannot be booked online, so clients call to schedule, and a consultation is encouraged so the cost and style can be settled in advance because hair prices vary by stylist and time. Gift certificates are offered, and service prices are subject to change.

Hours are Monday 10AM to 5PM, Tuesday and Thursday 10AM to 7PM, Friday 9AM to 5PM and Saturday 9AM to 2PM, with Wednesday and Sunday closed.
