Samantha focuses on low maintenance, lived-in color, and she also offers a wider range of color and hair services. Color appointments run from root retouches and full color to partial and full-head highlighting and custom balayage. A free 30-minute consultation covers goals, what the hair will take, budget and planning the next visit.

Online booking shows availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings, but it does not reflect every hour Samantha works. For other times, clients can message or text (585) 350-5332 to ask for a slot. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours notice; later changes or missed appointments carry a fee, and deposits are non-refundable after that window and do not transfer to a rescheduled visit.
