The studio was set up to put clients first, explain each service to them and keep appointments unhurried. Lash extension visits typically run about two to four hours, depending on the style and how many natural lashes are present. Lash lifts take roughly one to one and a half hours with tint. Clients who need same-day availability are asked to text the studio.

Waxing covers body and facial areas and uses hard wax. Listed prices include a Brazilian at $55, a bikini full wax at $45, a bikini line or underarm wax at $20, a full leg at $90, and brow services from $25 for a clean up to $40 for a sculpt. Facial waxing booking includes brow mapping, waxing, tint and highlight. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, and clients should wait two to three weeks after shaving.

Booking requires a credit card on file, which may be charged for the service and for cancellation or no-show fees. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty with at least 24 hours notice. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies, and a no-show or change within 4 hours costs the full fee. Reminders go out 72 and 24 hours ahead. Wax appointments allow a 5-minute grace period and lash appointments allow 15 minutes. Services and products are not refunded.
