Clients book online through a Square booking page, choosing the location, service, technician and time, or they can contact the studio directly for help picking a service. Services and availability vary by location and technician. Clients are welcome to bring nail inspiration photos, and shape, length, color and design are discussed before application.

The Russian manicure comes in several versions: a classic version with no polish at $50, a men's version with clear rubber base at $70, and versions with rubber base or builder gel, gel color, regular polish in OPI, Dazzle Dry or Orly, or Gel-X extensions. Builder gel may be suggested for nails that are thin, flexible, uneven or prone to breaking. Regular polish costs $80, and a first-time client rubber base manicure on natural nails starts at $80. Hard gel extensions start at $180 and take at least two and a half hours. The classic no-polish version does not include gel or traditional polish, so existing gel must be removed as an add-on first.

Pedicures are dry and use no water. The salon says they use organic ingredients and natural oils. Smart Dry Pedicure ranges from $70 with no polish to $110 with gel color, and a toes-only dry pedicure with gel color is $90 without heel care, lotion, massage, scrub or hot towels. Heel care alone is $40 and takes 30 minutes. A Japanese e-file pedicure is $80. Pedicures are cosmetic and do not replace medical podiatry, and clients with pain, inflammation or possible infection are advised to seek medical guidance first.

Gel removal of the studio's own product is free, while gel removal from another salon costs $20 to $35. A free fix covers gel polish that chips within seven days of service, though damage from breaking, filing or picking is not covered. A same-time manicure and pedicure with two technicians costs $30 extra, and the studio contacts clients after booking to confirm. Cancellations or reschedules made close to the appointment may carry a fee, and arriving 20 minutes or more late may incur a $20 fee. Booking means agreeing to these policies.
