The spa's own skincare line, Pure Bella Skincare, launched in 2016 and is made for ethnic skin. The products are handmade and organic, and the range covers face and body care, including a face wash, toner, cleansers, serums and oils. A second location opened in 2016 and closed after about six months, according to the founder. Pure Bella also sells candles and branded apparel, and gift cards are available in $50, $100, $200 and $300 amounts that work for products and services.

Advanced skincare and facials are the core of the menu. Microneedling is offered for current clients, with a cocktail version and a three-session bundle, and follow-up microneedling is booked within three weeks of a first treatment. Chemical peels include the VI Peel in medium-depth and body versions, plus the non-chemical Green Sea Peel, which uses marine spicules. Facial options range from a deep-cleansing New Client Facial to a Customized Facial that adds a treatment such as bio-derm, microderm, dermaplaning or a chemical peel, and a needleless anti-aging facial. Youth facials are available for children ages 4 to 10, and a youth acne facial for ages 8 to 13.

Mole and DPN removal is done with the SIIT Pro device, with express options for one to three larger DPNs, an intro offer for a first appointment, and a separate price for larger areas of the face or neck. Outside of facials, the spa offers a back facial aimed at acne, hyperpigmentation and scarring, and several bundles that group treatments to be used within set windows. Virtual consultations by video call cover skin concerns, a treatment plan and home care products. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm, Saturday 11am to 9pm, and Sunday 11am to 5pm.
