Beyond loc work, the studio offers braids made without added hair, including two-strand twists and French braids, plus toner, highlights and partial or full head color. Styling choices include rod sets, pipe cleaner curls, press and curl, and wash and go. Spa day packages pair a retwist and simple style with a treatment, and a separate option is set up for couples.
The studio is open Tuesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and it is closed on Sunday and Monday. Many services take a deposit, and some deposits are non-refundable. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment, and any unpaid fee must be cleared before a new visit can be booked.
A 30-minute consultation for $25 lets clients talk through their goals before booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and can be set for scheduled delivery; gift card sales are final.
Loc care is the core of the studio, and consultations are used to check hair health before services are chosen.
