Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Each extension is an individual synthetic fiber attached to a natural lash with medical-grade adhesive, according to the spa. Styles include classic, volume, hybrid and anime, and anime sets pair triangular extensions with 3 to 5 dimension lashes for a dramatic result. An extension appointment usually runs between 25 minutes and an hour depending on the set, and extensions typically last 3 to 5 weeks with proper care. New sets start at $89 and go up to $170 depending on the volume wanted, and existing clients can book touch-ups from $49 to $139 depending on fullness.

Facials range from $49 to $149 depending on the treatment. The facial menu includes red light therapy, radiofrequency, dermaplaning, skin peels, pore cleansing and custom facials. The spa describes its radiofrequency treatments as stimulating collagen and elastin production, and cellulite treatments are offered alongside them. Brow tinting, brow lamination and lash tinting are available for those who want a lighter-touch change between appointments.

Waxing uses soft wax on the face and hard wax on other areas, with prices from $10 for the top lip to $55 for the back. Clients are advised to avoid retinoids or acids for 7 days before a waxing appointment.

Cancelling or a no-call, no-show means paying 50% of the appointment cost. Deposits are non-refundable and are taken off at checkout after services are rendered. Lash set cancellations need 10 minutes' notice for volume sets and 5 minutes for less volume sets, and touch-ups must be cancelled at least 2 hours ahead or the full cost is charged. Children are not allowed in the treatment area, and children age 9 and up may wait in reception.
