Booking is by appointment only. New color and extension clients complete a 15-minute one-on-one video consultation before they book. The space needs adequate lighting, seating, and access to electrical outlets. A non-refundable convenience fee is added automatically to mobile bookings; it covers travel, mobile setup and sanitation, and on-location logistics, and it is not a gratuity. Pricing reflects time, product, and expertise and may vary with hair length, density, and service complexity.
The menu covers blowouts, silk presses, and haircuts, which are paired with a blowout or silk press. Color options include root touchups, which begin with an Olaplex chelating treatment and are finished with an IGK top coat, as well as all-over color and blonde services such as maintenance between full blonding visits, foil highlights, and hand-painted free hand lightening. Smoothing and texture services include a keratin treatment, a Brazilian Blowout, and a virgin relaxer. Other offerings are a hair scalp exfoliation, a take down health check for removing sew-ins, tape-ins, microlinks, and select protective styles, and a blowout with makeup. Blowout packages of four or six are also available.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service cost, and same-day cancellations are charged 100%. Downgrading a service on the day is treated as a last-minute cancellation, while upgrades on the day may be accommodated depending on time and supplies. Changes are made through the reschedule link in text and email notifications. Clients running late should text, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling and a cancellation fee. Blonde services require a non-refundable deposit that transfers if the appointment is rescheduled. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final. Listed hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday 8 AM to 2 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM, and closed Tuesday.
