The Blo Dry Bar offers blowouts without a cut or color, usually done in about 30 minutes in more than a dozen styles. It is walk-in and goes to the first available stylist, though clients can request a specific date and time. Shampoo and style starts at $45 and formal styles at $90, with extra fees for tools such as flat irons and curling irons.

Skin care services are Dermalogica treatments done in the salon's Waterfalls room, including Deep Skin Rejuvenation, Skin Resurfacing and Men's Skin Care. Waxing uses STARPIL hard wax and GIGI soft wax. The Makeup Lounge offers everyday and special-occasion makeup, bridal makeup, makeup trials, lash extensions, lash lifts and tints.

The salon runs weekly hands-on training in advanced European cutting, styling and coloring, and as a TIGI Boutique it provides weekly in-salon Toni & Guy training alongside outside resources. Its model program offers free haircuts or styling to qualified model clients after attending a model call, and advanced styling classes with Linda A. Perrette run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. A structured career path runs from assistant to master stylist.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Wednesday is by appointment only, and the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointment requests should be made at least 3 days ahead and are confirmed by email. Cancellations need 24 hours notice. Clients can earn reward points on spending and redeem them for listed services and products; points have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.
