About

The spa is open seven days a week from 9 AM to 9:30 PM. Dry saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and cold tubs close at 9 PM each day. General admission needs no appointment and costs $40 per visit. A ten-visit pass is $350, children ages 10 to 15 pay $30 per visit, and a 20-visit pass for children is $600.

The facilities include a relaxation area, a dry sauna kept between 60 and 90°C at 10 to 15% humidity, steam rooms, hot and cold tubs, and a Jimjilbang with specialty saunas and sleeping areas. Sleeping areas are available in the Jimjilbang and on both gender levels. At check-in guests receive a locker key, an ID for the visit, a towel and a shirt, and bathrobes and shorts are provided by gender level. Free Wi-Fi, magazines and books are available, and smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Treatments are separate from general admission. A body scrub takes 30 minutes and costs $100, and a reflexology foot massage takes 30 minutes and costs $90, with a female or male therapist. Massages run one hour for $130 or one hour and 30 minutes for $180, also with a female or male therapist, and include an aromatic eye pillow, a choice of aroma therapy oil and a heated neck pillow.

Packages combine several treatments from $120 to $230. The Mini Delight is a 45-minute wet-area visit with a body scrub or body massage, a seaweed wrap and a hair wash. Special Packages A and B add a facelift treatment, hair wash, massage and milk treatment, with a body scrub, for one hour or one hour and 30 minutes. The Ultimate Package runs one hour and 30 minutes and pairs a body scrub with a massage in a private room. The Pure Bliss Package is the longest at one hour and 40 minutes and includes a body scrub, facelift treatment, hair wash, seaweed wrap, a 24k gold oil massage and a milk treatment.

Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before a service and contact the spa at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule. Tips are not included in the service fee; a 20% gratuity is suggested, and tips are cash only. Reimbursements are issued as in-store credit only, gift certificates are not covered if lost or stolen, and lost or stolen admission tickets may be denied without refund. Bathing suits are not allowed in the wet area, and guests shower before entering the pool or tub. Guests with a health condition should consult a physician before using the facilities.

Follows the Korean-style health spa format, pairing heat and water facilities with body, massage and skin treatments.
