The owner, Germa, describes herself as a licensed professional in the beauty business. She moved into esthetics through a career change about thirteen years before the about page was written. Facials range from a teen facial for ages 13 to 18 and a men's facial built around ingrown hairs, to the Enzyme Facial, 4 Layer Facial and Acne Lift Facial, which uses salicylic acid for moderate to severe acne.

Waxing is the largest part of the menu, from lip and brow waxes to full arms, full legs and a full body session that takes about two hours. Brazilian services are offered for first-time clients and as three-session upkeep packages spaced four to five weeks apart. Sugaring is used for the buttocks service.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total, with the balance paid on the day. Clients may reschedule or change an appointment at least 24 hours ahead, up to two times, and the deposit moves with them. Clients must be 13 or older for waxing and facials, and those under 18 need a parent or guardian with a signed consent form. Children are not allowed in the salon during appointments. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and clients should let hair grow out two to three weeks between hair removal treatments and stop scrubs, exfoliants and tanning 48 hours before an appointment.

The studio sells Image Skincare products, including Image Vital C, Image Ormedic and Image Ageless items, along with a post-wax kit and Ouch Balm. One-on-one body waxing training is also offered, covering arms, underarms, legs and Brazilian waxing, with a full kit, sanitation, body positions, marketing, a training manual, a certificate of completion, live model practice and six months of mentoring. Gift cards are available.
