Plasma dot skin tightening is offered for loose skin, including under the eyes, along with stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles.

Facials range from a shorter mini facial to a one-hour custom facial tailored to concerns such as hydration, acne, sensitive skin and anti-aging. The custom facial includes a double cleanse, an enzymatic mask, extractions, a massage of the head, neck, arms and hands, a soothing mask and a finishing product with SPF. The dermaplane version adds exfoliation to remove dead skin and peach fuzz, with no downtime afterward. Microneedling is offered as a single session or a package of three, and uses numbing followed by oscillating needles to make tiny punctures while a personalized serum is absorbed. It is used for scarring, hyperpigmentation, age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, with 24 to 48 hours of downtime and direct sun avoided during that time.

Waxing removes hair from the root, and the business says results last several weeks longer than shaving. Services run from small areas such as the chin, lip and brows to full arms, full legs and a full body wax that includes brows. Intimate waxing options are listed for male and female genitalia, and some services are for women only. Prudence offers waxing and skin care either separately or combined in one visit.

The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 8:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and is closed Tuesdays and Sundays. Bookings and questions go to the phone line or the studio email address.
