Waxing is done with both hard wax and strip wax. Hard wax is kept for ear and nose services only, and the rest of the waxing menu uses strip wax. Facial treatments include an acne facial aimed at oily, acne-prone or congested skin, a chemical peel using AHA, BHA or TCA to encourage cell turnover, dermaplaning for dry or dull skin that can also soften the look of peach fuzz and fine lines, and micro-needling for hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles. Micro-needling is recommended as a series of six sessions.

Facial add-ons include a HydroJelly mask with ampoule, a CBD version of that mask, LED mask therapy and high frequency. The esthetician chooses the HydroJelly mask and ampoule to suit each client's skin needs. Lash and brow services cover brow lamination, lash lifts, and combinations with tint and brow mapping. Permanent makeup includes microblading, powder, ombre or combo brows, lip blushing, lash enhancement and freckles.

Waxing clients are typically asked to return every four to six weeks. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice or half an inch before a waxing appointment, and tanning is discouraged for 48 hours before and after. Clients using Accutane or isotretinoin are asked to wait at least six months after use before waxing, while those using topical creams can wax if they stop a week before and after.

Treatments are matched to each client's skin needs, with the esthetician choosing the mask and ampoule used during a facial.
