Booking carries a few firm policies. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for appointments that need hair ordered and is applied to the final total. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-call/no-shows, incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled total. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. Concerns about a service must be raised within 3 days. Payment is due at completion by card, cash, Apple Pay or Cash App. Appointments after 5pm, on Sundays and on Tuesdays carry an extra fee and are available by request. Individual strand methods and tape-ins are typically maintained every 6 to 8 weeks.

Every service is customized to the client's hair, lifestyle and desired result, with the aim that the extensions still look like the client.
