From the start it appealed to clients who wanted privacy, reduced prices, longer treatment times and a professional feel. Since then it has served a varied and growing group of clients looking for a calm, private place to unwind.

A visit takes place in a clean, quiet space with airy rooms, and parking is available for customers. Appointments are made by phone, and standing or pre-booked appointments are recommended. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes before their appointment. The spa is open Monday and Tuesday from 8 am to 8 pm, Wednesday from 6:30 to 9 pm, Thursday from 3 to 8 pm, Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm, and is closed Saturdays.

The menu covers facials, body treatments, massage, masks, waxing and tinting, along with packages that pair a massage or facial with a second treatment. The signature facial is customized to each client and includes pressure point stimulation. Facials and body services draw on named lines such as Dermalogica, G.M. Collin and Keyano Aromatics, and the spa says it chooses the most modern equipment and most beneficial products it can find.

Booking requires a valid credit card number to support the cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 50% of the service. Accepted payments are check, cash, Venmo and Zelle, and gratuity can be added to a credit card or paid in cash. Gift cards can be bought in person, online or by phone, and can be mailed. They are redeemable for service or retail and are non-refundable. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase for store credit only.
