Full sets range from a classic set, which places one mink lash on each natural lash, to volume sets, which fan several hand-made ultra fine extensions onto each isolated natural lash. Hybrid and MEGA volume sets sit between and beyond these. The salon suggests volume or hybrid styles for sparse or thin natural lashes. Appointment lengths run from about two hours for a classic full set to about three hours and twenty minutes for a MEGA volume set.

Fill-in appointments are available only to existing clients who have booked before, so new clients start with a full set. The one-week classic fill is for clients returning 1 to 7 days after a full set or refill. A $10 fee applies to lash removal and bath when the lashes were not applied by the salon. A lash bath takes about 15 minutes, bottom lashes about 30 minutes, and removal with a bath about 20 minutes.

The salon also teaches lash extensions. A beginner course in classic lashes runs 2 to 3 days and costs $550, with a $100 non-refundable deposit. A combined classic and volume course costs $1,000 and lasts 6 hours. A two-day volume course held on Sundays and Mondays costs $380 and is aimed at lash artists who have already mastered classic lashes.

Extensions are chosen to suit the natural lash, with classic sets using one mink lash per natural lash and volume sets using multiple fanned extensions on each isolated lash.
