The lash menu is organized into four styles. The Playne Jayne is a classic set applied one lash to one natural lash, for a natural, effortless finish that suits clients with plenty of their own lashes. The Hybrids blend classic and volume techniques with ultralight fans for a wispy, airy look that fills gaps, and they suit clients with weaker or slender natural lashes. The Bombshell is a volume set aimed at the fullest look with a dramatic, tailored finish. The Lover Girl is a wet set built with a closed fan technique for a mascara-like, natural finish.
Each appointment takes about two hours and includes a complimentary lash bath and lash naps. Fills are priced at $85 or $100 for Playne Jayne, $105 or $120 for Hybrids and Lover Girl, and $120 or $135 for Bombshell, with full sets at $150 for Playne Jayne, $175 for Hybrids and Lover Girl, and $200 for Bombshell. The salon recommends a fill every three to four weeks. A two week fill must be booked within 14 days of the previous visit, a three week fill within 21 days, and a fill is only booked when at least half of a client's extensions remain; otherwise a full set is needed. Fills cannot be done on lashes applied by another artist, so removal and a full set are required in that case.
Booking and payment rules are firm. Full payment is due at booking, and a no-call, no-show forfeits it. There is a 15-minute grace period; arriving later incurs a $15 late fee and the appointment is canceled after 15 minutes. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice through the link in the confirmation email, and same-day changes forfeit payment. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and packages and subscriptions are paid in full with no refunds. Children and extra guests are not allowed during services, and clients should arrive with a clean, oil-free face.
The studio offers lash training and sells lash products, including a lash cleanser kit. Every piece of equipment is disinfected before each use. The salon describes its services as luxury and says it offers the highest quality extensions available and aims to give clients an ultimate experience while promoting healthy lashes. Questions can be sent by text or Instagram DM between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, with DM replies taking up to 24 hours.
Set styles are matched to how many natural lashes a client has, and the salon says it aims to promote healthy lashes.
