Preconception exams are recommended at least three months before trying to conceive. Fibroid care ranges from imaging and in-office diagnostic options to medication, procedures that block blood flow to the fibroid, and surgical removal.

The medical spa offers Botox for frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines. The practice says results begin within 24 to 48 hours and typically last around four months, with a typical plan of three injections for crow's feet and five for forehead and frown lines. Injections are performed by certified physicians and a nurse practitioner. CoolSculpting is a noninvasive body contouring treatment that uses cold to target fat cells in specific areas. The practice notes that it is not a weight loss treatment and reduces fat in a treated area by approximately 20 to 25 percent.

Other medical spa options include IPL for pigmentation and surface veins, and laser hair removal using a combined laser and radiofrequency system, with sessions of about 15 to 30 minutes that usually need several visits. A one-on-one consultation comes before laser hair removal, and a numbing cream is available on request. Sublative skin rejuvenation delivers heat into the dermis to support collagen and elastin.
