There are six offices: the Upper East Side and Downtown Brooklyn in New York City, Greenvale on Long Island (formerly in Jericho), Streeterville in Chicago, Boulder in Colorado, and Palm Beach Gardens in Florida. Medical, surgical and cosmetic care are offered under one roof in an outpatient setting. Medical care is available at every office for all ages, while narrowband UVB light therapy is offered only at the Upper East Side and Greenvale offices. The practice says its dermatologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and aestheticians are trained on current treatments and technology.

Appointments can be booked online at any office, or by phone or text. Cosmetic prices are posted upfront as starting prices that may vary by office and by patient, and a consultation is suggested. The $100 cosmetic consultation fee is waived when a treatment is booked the same day; otherwise it stays on the account as a credit toward future treatment or products and does not expire. Self-pay medical visits are $250 for first-time patients and $150 for returning patients. Cosmetic visits are charged only the treatment price. Most major insurance plans are accepted, though plans vary by office, and patients can send a photo of their insurance card for a coverage check. Lab results usually take 7 to 12 days and cultures 14 to 30 days, with patients called about their results. Waits can run 10 to 20 minutes at busy times, so arriving early with new patient forms completed is suggested.

Telehealth visits run through DocBright Telehealth and involve no video call. Patients submit photos and answers, then receive a treatment plan and any needed prescriptions, often within 12 hours. The Boulder office offers on-site and street parking. The lot and main entrance are at the back of the building, off 26th Street.
