Process Perfect

Process Perfect Salon LLC is a woman-owned business in Suite 300 of the Johnson Ferry North Shopping Center. The name came from owner Amelia's wish to show the work behind a hair transformation, not only the before-and-after photos.

The salon describes its approach as custom-crafted hair design, with artists who value each client's individuality and the well-being of their stylists. It says it aims to move away from harmful habits common in the industry by keeping the energy positive and the working environment safe, and it values positive mental health practices. Beyond the final result, the salon is focused on the whole client experience.

Color and blonding are the core services, covering foils, balayage and color correction. The salon uses cruelty-free, premium products, including Joico, Schwarzkopf and B3 Brazilian Bond Builder.

Education is a large part of the business. The one-on-one class with Amelia runs three hours and covers color corrections, foils, balayage theory and related techniques; it includes a mannequin head and class materials, and details are available by text. Private salon classes are held at a client's own salon and can include a demonstration, hands-on practice or both.

The salon lists open positions for booth renters, assistants and a front desk role.
