Treatments are shaped around each client's needs and preferences. The facial menu includes a custom facial with deep cleaning, hydration, Lyposonix, plasma therapy, LED therapy and dermaplaning, with a chemical peel option. Device-based work includes microcurrent, Myoplastic face massage, carbon peeling and Ultherapy. Pro Facial is an official distributor of PCA skincare products.

Semi-permanent makeup is also part of the menu. Feather Brows suit sparse or thinning brows, Powder Brows build color and shape with pigment dots, lip shading adds fullness and definition, and a shaded liner gives an eyeliner look on the eyelid. A monthly membership covers 12 custom facials.

Visit policies are firm. Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early, and appointments more than 15 minutes late may need rescheduling. A $25 deposit is taken at booking and comes off the total; it is non-refundable but can move to a rescheduled visit, and a missed appointment without notice forfeits it. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Companions, children and pets are not allowed in the studio. Cash and Visa or Mastercard are accepted, but checks are not, and no refunds are offered. Prices may change at any time.
