The studio is on the second floor of a white cinder block building in Edmonds, reached by thirteen steps, and sits behind the Shine A Blind business. A designated client parking space is set aside in a four-space lot, one of which is for disabled parking. There is no lobby or reception area, and treatments take place on a hydraulic bed. Clients don't need to wash their face beforehand, since the studio cleanses skin as part of each treatment. Appointments run Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Clients should arrive no more than ten minutes early and are asked to leave children with a loved one during the visit. Questions can be sent by text to 425-312-3612.

Signature offerings include The Judy Ann, a 90-minute facial that combines a double cleanse, either microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, gentle exfoliation, a hydro jelly mask, a neck and shoulder massage, and a 30-minute LED light treatment. The Soothe and Smooth Back Facial addresses texture and acne breakouts on the shoulders and back. A custom facial, a men's facial, and a seasonal pumpkin enzyme and coffee mask facial using Skin Scripts products are also offered.

Booking requires a credit or debit card on file, which is only charged for no-call/no-shows. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and later cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service price. Free consultations carry a $25 fee for no-call/no-shows or cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice. Facials are not offered to teens, and clients who have had Botox or fillers should wait two weeks before booking. The studio also supports other women-owned businesses through its Who I Support page.
