Before each appointment begins, the stylist has a personalized consultation with the guest. Prices are starting points and can shift with the stylist's experience, education, years in the industry, hair length, density and how complex the service is.

Color work covers toner, root retouches, full color, partial and full highlights, balayage and ombré, and corrective color, which is priced by consultation. Cuts are available for women, men and children 12 and under. Perms, a specialty perm, straightening and defrizz, Brazilian straightening and two keratin smoothing options are also on the menu, along with conditioning treatments that exfoliate and restore.

Styling includes shampoo and blowdry, flat iron work, and updos for special occasions and bridal. Hair extensions, including tape-ins and invisible bead extensions, are offered by consultation only. Waxing covers brows, lip and chin, and make-up is available by consultation.

Appointments can be requested online or by phone and must be confirmed by phone. Guests get a confirmation text and email along with reminders. A credit card is kept on file for new and current guests. Cancellations are asked to be made 72 hours ahead; cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service, and cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Guests unhappy with a service should contact the salon within one week to return to the same stylist for adjustments. Services are non-refundable.
