The salon places weight on quality and safety. Stations are separated by barriers, each station is disinfected, and it is sanitized between clients, with tools and surfaces disinfected as well. The salon describes its sanitation standards as the highest. Staff are encouraged to work together, and the team keeps up with continuing education, as the salon describes itself as a learning and teaching environment.

The color menu covers root touchups, all-over color, highlights and balayage in part, half and full head sizes, and a tint with sunkissed face framing, with toner included on the highlight and balayage options. Pricing starts at $90 for a root touchup and $135 for all-over color, and color pricing does not include a blow dry.

Cutting and styling includes simple clipper and short cuts with one-length options (also for children under 11), a classic cut for short to medium lengths with layering throughout, and an advanced haircut. A blow out without a haircut is also available, and blow drying is not included in the haircut prices.

Treatments include the B3 restoration, hydration and color protection service, a customizable Brazilian Blowout that is meant to reduce frizz and smooth the cuticle, a Cezanne keratin treatment, and a formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowout that includes take-home product valued at $40. The salon says the Brazilian Blowout lasts upwards of 12 weeks with proper home care. Blowout bookings are made by email. Hair extensions are offered by consultation only.

Visitors use the call box on the side of the Tindeco Wharf building, and the salon opens the gate and directs parking. Appointments and consultations are requested by email, or booked online. Gift cards can be bought online, or by phone or email. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are charged in full. Fees must be paid before the next appointment, and management may waive them.
