The integrative side begins with a detailed intake. New patients complete a long questionnaire and attach recent lab work and imaging. An initial fee is due before the intake is reviewed, and lab charges are paid directly to each lab rather than included in the provider fee. Consultations weigh overall wellness alongside long-term health and healthy-aging goals. Services include hormone replacement therapy for women and men, detoxification, and programs addressing cardiovascular health, weight management, and conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis and autoimmune disorders. An age management program offers options including whole body MRI, VO2 max testing, whole genome sequencing, nutrition evaluation, hormonal optimization and a full lab review. The practice also offers GlycanAge, a biological age test paired with expert advice, and says the test has an error margin under 1%.

The aesthetic side uses Fotona laser systems for facial rejuvenation, a non-surgical face lift, fractional laser resurfacing and peels, acne and acne scar treatment, laser pain management, and removal of certain skin lesions. Injectable options include neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid and biostimulator fillers, EZ Gel made from the client's own blood, and platelet-rich plasma and PRF treatments, including PRP hair restoration. Many treatments are priced separately for members and non-members, and the practice notes that pricing may change, so clients are asked to confirm before a visit.

Appointments are booked by phone, with weekday hours from 1 to 5 pm and weekend hours from 3 to 5 pm; an answering service takes messages outside those times. Messages sent through the website are reviewed by Dr. Izadi at no charge. The practice has no insurance contracts and accepts cash, check and credit card, with a 3% fee on card payments. Full payment is due at the time of service, and Cherry financing is available for purchases over $4,000. Membership costs $99 a year and is non-refundable, and members receive up to 20% off procedures listed at member price plus 10% off during their birthday month. Cancellations and changes need 48 hours' notice, and no-shows or arrivals 15 minutes or more late carry a $100 fee.
