Dr. Izadi

Dr. Homeira Izadi is an MD whose practice centers on integrative medicine. She founded Pristine Wellness Center and leads it as medical director, and she carries out aesthetic and regenerative procedures at the San Ramon and Los Altos locations. Over more than 25 years she has worked in prominent medical centers and intensive care units, including intensive care work in war zones. At Baylor College of Medicine in Houston she was an attending physician, mainly in intensive care, as a board certified pediatric hospitalist; she also served as an Assistant Professor at Touro University, California. Before opening her private practice she was a center physician at a Cenegenics clinic in San Francisco. She is also a provider at Human Longevity Inc, and beginning January 2027 she will see patients in San Francisco for integrative, functional, preventive and precision medicine. A World of Voices feature recognized her as one of the Most Visionary Women Leaders Redefining Business in 2026. She holds four board certifications, from the American Board of Integrative Medicine, the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, the American Board of Pediatrics via the American Board of Physician Specialties, and the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine via Scripps Clinic. She is also a certified fitness trainer from the International Sport Science Association. Her training includes HMX Pro Immunology at Harvard University, genetics and genomics at Stanford University, advanced clinical training in reversing cognitive decline through the Institute of Functional Medicine, and acupuncture from Quantum University, along with extensive aesthetic medicine training. Her specialties include age management medicine and hormone replacement therapy. For women she uses bio-identical hormones rather than conjugated equine estrogen or medroxyprogesterone acetate. She uses specific SNP and whole genome sequencing results to guide medication selection, and her cardiovascular plans cover hormonal optimization, lifestyle change, and management of insulin resistance, diabetes and hypertension. She refers patients to outside centers for VO2 max testing and then writes a personalized exercise prescription from the results; she encourages patients to work with a personal trainer, though one is not required for the program.
