Services are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted.

Booking is available online through Vagaro at any hour, or by phone or the contact form. A credit card is required to book, and repeated no-shows or cancellations within a 24-hour window call for full prepayment. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened and are charged the full price, and a $20 late fee may apply to repeat lateness. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and cash are accepted; checks, Cash App and Venmo are not.

The facial menu draws on eight modalities and covers deep cleansing, exfoliation, massage and finishing products. Advanced facials are non-invasive and are described as helping with hyperpigmentation, acne, and fine lines and wrinkles, with options that include micro-dermabrasion, hydro-dermabrasion, L.E.D. light therapy, micro-current lifting, an oxygen facial and a Vitamin C facial. Chemical peels require a consultation first and are offered as a series, and some peels are reserved for established clients. The studio describes itself as one of the few spas in Atlanta offering a reiki and facial combination.

The menu is organized for a range of clients. Teen facials include extractions and teach home skin care, with a minimum age of 12 for skincare treatments when an adult accompanies the client. A Gentlemen's Facial uses products designed for men's skin. The Oncology Facial is designed for clients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation, or who recently had a chemical peel, and it addresses dryness and mild inflammation linked to cancer medications and therapies; details are available by phone.
