Every new client begins with a consultation before any treatment. For most clients this is a Skin Consultation plus Custom Facial, while body laser clients start with a laser hair removal consultation. The paid consultation includes a skin assessment and a written treatment plan. A deposit holds the appointment, and the consultation fee can be credited toward a first service or product purchased within 30 days.

Peels are a large part of the menu: VI Peel, BioRePeel, Lactic Peel and TCA Peel. The VI Peel is described as a medium-depth peel for hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne, acne scarring, sun damage and fine lines. Peeling on the face usually begins around day three and lasts three to four days. For stubborn pigmentation or scarring, a series of three to six spaced three to four weeks apart is suggested. Acne care is a corrective course with home care between visits, clinical extractions and peels chosen for melanin-rich skin, followed by a maintenance phase. Acne and melasma can be addressed together under one plan. ProCell Microchanneling creates micro-channels in the outer skin layer to deliver a serum and is used alone or alongside microcurrent or peels.

Laser hair removal is performed with the Aerolase Neo Elite system and can be booked for the face or the body. According to the business, the system is designed to work on all Fitzpatrick skin types. A typical course runs six sessions, scheduled four to six weeks apart for the face and eight weeks apart for the body, followed by maintenance sessions as needed. Before each visit, clients are asked to shave, and between sessions they should not wax, pluck or thread. The treatment is not advised during pregnancy, when skin is currently tanned or sunburned, within six months of taking Accutane, while taking medications that increase light sensitivity, or over an active infection, cold sores or a tattoo. Gray, white, light blonde or red hair tends not to respond well. Skin tags and certain other irregularities are addressed with the Skin Classic treatment, which does not remove moles.

IV infusion therapy is given by a licensed RN under physician oversight, with a Medical Director overseeing sessions. The drip menu includes the Revival, Clarity, Balance, Radiance and Myers Cocktail formulas, and the RN customizes each session from the client's health history and goals. Sessions take about 45 to 60 minutes. New IV clients complete a virtual medical evaluation at least 48 hours before the appointment.
