Every new patient begins with a provider visit that covers their history, the labs that make sense to order, and time to talk through their questions. From there the team builds a personalized plan, monitors it under medical supervision, and adjusts it through follow-up visits. Primary care visits are described as longer than a typical seven-minute appointment, and the 33rd Street clinic says its waiting room is never rushed. No referral is needed to start a medical weight loss program.

Primary care accepts most major insurance plans, and the front desk can confirm the specifics of a patient's coverage before an appointment. Both clinics offer same-day visits for illness. Many functional medicine visits can be billed to insurance, depending on the plan. Peptide therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight loss and IV infusions generally must be paid out of pocket. Medical weight loss starts with a first consultation with a provider and includes InBody body composition tracking, focused lab work and periodic check-ins. Patients typically remain under active provider care for at least three months, and often up to six.

Aesthetic services are offered at both clinics, though some are site-specific. Functional medicine consultations are only at 33rd Street. Pristine Elite members receive membership pricing on eligible aesthetic, IV, NAD and injection services at both locations.
