The menu is split into two groups. Facials include a gentle double cleanse with exfoliation and extractions, a back facial for back acne and scarring, an acne facial built around products for acne-prone skin, a deep pore cleanse that can include microdermabrasion, and an intimate-area facial with an ingrown hair solution. Waxing spans chin and lip, underarms, arms, legs, chest, back, and several bikini options, along with a combined bikini and facial service.
Appointments are booked through an online GlossGenius page. Every booking takes a non-refundable 50% deposit, which is applied to the balance on the day. A deposit can be moved once for a reschedule, but changes made less than 24 hours ahead are not eligible. Arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the visit and triggers the 50% fee, as do no-shows and short-notice cancellations, and anyone who no-calls and no-shows cannot book again.
Several waxing packages are available, valid for 12 months and subject to terms. Groupon-only Brazilian and Brazilian/underarm services need proof of the voucher sent by text or call before booking. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom value and are final sale. The business's site shows 133 reviews.
