The facial menu ranges from a 45-minute teen facial, recommended for ages ten to eighteen and described by the business as an excellent confidence booster, to a 100-minute New Client Custom Facial. That first visit begins with a skin analysis and may include extractions, microcurrent, LED light therapy and a nourishing mask. Corrective Glow Facials, offered to returning clients, take 120 minutes and include either carboxy therapy or nano infusion. The Glo2Facial Luxx moves through exfoliation, ultrasound and lymphatic massage in 110 minutes, while the Glo2Facial Radiance runs 125 minutes, includes the same steps and may add microcurrent. The business describes the Glo2Facial as a celebrity favorite.
Acne Bootcamp is a program of repeat visits. The first session runs 110 minutes and includes a skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions and LED light therapy. New clients must also buy a professional home care regimen costing $100 to $200 at that appointment. Follow-up sessions take 95 minutes and are for clients currently enrolled. The Deep Cleanse & Renew Facial, 100 minutes at $145, targets clogged pores, breakouts, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and signs of aging.
Other options include a Backacial, 60 minutes at $150, which cleanses and exfoliates the back with extractions as needed and a back massage. A 35-minute electrolyte-infused peel-off Jelly Mask can be added for $45, and dermaplaning removes dead skin and peach fuzz in about 20 minutes but must be selected when booking. Virtual skin consultations, $65 for 35 minutes, take place by FaceTime or Zoom. Clients are asked to send two or three makeup-free photos in natural lighting beforehand. The $65 fee can be applied to recommended skincare products bought within 14 days of the appointment. Recommended professional home care products are typically priced from $120 to $250.
Package pricing covers two or four Custom Glow Facials, which saves $81 and $160 respectively, and three or six Glo2Facial sessions, which saves $100 and $280. Credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits it, and a new deposit is needed to rebook. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may lose booking access. Without a deposit, a no-show fee of 20% of the service price may be charged to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the service, and repeated cancellations or reschedules may lead to booking being restricted.
Each facial combines professional treatments and modalities according to what the client's skin can handle.
