Services run from barbering and haircuts to beard work, facials, waxing, scalp treatments, cosmetic tattoo brows and makeup. Every appointment includes consultation time, so there is no separate consultation to book, and time is set aside to talk through goals and routine and agree on a plan before anything begins. Tools are sanitized, skincare is barrier-safe, and techniques are chosen around comfort and goals. The studio explains what is being used and why, gives simple aftercare guidance, and says treatment products can be continued at home when appropriate. Consultations are non-medical, and a referral to a dermatologist may be suggested when it fits.

Cosmetic tattoo brows begin with a consultation, brow mapping and pigment selection. The technique, whether nano stroke, powder, ombre or a nano and powder hybrid, is matched to skin type, the existing brow pattern and the result the client wants. Healing takes several weeks, and a follow-up session may be needed to refine the result. Touch-ups are offered at intervals from 3 to 24 months after the first session. Brow work with a retainer is priced separately from the touch-ups.

Scalp and hair services are adjusted to what the scalp shows rather than one standard treatment. A Hair & Scalp Consultation assesses scalp condition and suggests a plan, and the studio also sells scalp and thinning products online.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, and no-shows are charged the full total. Booking authorizes the studio to charge the card on file for these fees. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule. Guests are discouraged unless necessary.

Free two-hour parking is available in the Broadway Plaza Parking garage on 230th Street, with overflow on-street parking. The studio can be reached from Broadway or I-87 (exit 10), and it is about a walk from the 1 train, the Bx9 and Bx7 buses at 231st Street, and the Marble Hill Metro-North station.

Techniques are chosen around each client's comfort and goals, with sanitized tools, barrier-safe skincare, and clear explanations of what is used and why.
