New guests are asked to book a haircut and style appointment first, so the stylist can see the hair in its natural state before any chemical or extension work. Chemical services are priced separately and include a chemical charge based on the amount of product used per guest. Prices for color, lightening and extensions can shift with hair density and length. Extension clients can take a complimentary consultation to choose a method and match color. Where time allows, the team uses a Redken pre-treatment to prepare clean hair for chemical services.

Continuing education is part of the team's routine, so providers keep up with industry trends. According to the salon, every provider holds a license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), and team members hold certifications in several extension methods. For upkeep, the salon recommends trims every three to five weeks for short hair, every six to eight weeks for medium to long hair, and every eight to ten weeks while hair is being grown out.

Stylists keep current through ongoing education, and every new guest starts with a haircut and style visit so the hair can be assessed in its natural state before chemical or extension work.
