Lash work is the core of the studio. Classic lashes are applied one extension per natural lash for a natural look and are recommended for a full lash line. A Custom Lash Set is a longer appointment built around the client's preferences, and the Korean Lash Lift is a semi-permanent lift that the studio says lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Fills need a deposit and at least 40% of the existing lashes to still be in place; anything less is booked as a new set.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Glow & Go add-on to a 90-minute signature treatment with hydrofacial, massage, LED, microcurrent and oxygen infusion. The Oxygen and Acne Clearing Facial uses the Circadia Oxygen RX system and is offered for acne concerns. The Glass Skin Hydro Facial uses hydrodermabrasion, and the studio suggests a series of four to six treatments spaced two weeks apart. Brow services cover waxing, shaping and lamination, and the waxing menu includes everything from upper lip to a full body wax.

Visits require a $25 non-refundable deposit to book, and services are non-refundable. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a late cancellation is charged 50% of the service cost. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. The studio also says clients who are unhappy with a service can contact it within 48 hours for a free adjustment. Clients are asked to disclose allergies before an appointment, and if a reaction to lash extensions happens, the studio removes them at no charge, though refunds are not given for the reaction. Card and cash are accepted, and the studio offers in-person Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final sale.

The studio says it aims for custom, consistent and lasting results, and it tailors lash sets and facials to each client.
