Volume sets attach several fans to each natural lash for density. Fills are booked when at least half of the extensions remain; anything beyond three weeks is treated as a new full set. Clients are asked to avoid eye makeup before appointments, skip mascara and lash glue the day before a full set, and bring a contact lens case, since contacts are not recommended during lash work because of fumes. Problems should be reported within five days of a visit.
